Warehouse Coordinator

Review all orders for accuracy and inventory levels relative to labeling requirements for Flex line. Order processing (i.e., shop orders, shipping orders, and advise related individuals. Prepare and update shop labeling orders, including brite products and advise related individuals of shipments, etc. Responsible for monthly, weekly, and daily production and suplly reports (i.e., cases per hour, plan versus actual, etc). Complete required tasks to produce report stock changes for Flex label line. Advise and prepare weekly and daily shift production needs based on orders issued and assisted by supervisor. Responsible for M&S inventory and reporting. Review label plan in order to plan number of shifts necessary. Review inventory of brites/labels/ cartons to ensure it will be able to fulfill label plan. Review shop order for accuracy in quantity, correct fiber and labels. Review with management weekly production schedule to ensure it can be met. Coordinate with PPIC to minimize label/fiber write offs.
