  1. Design and implement power systems for Dell's data centers to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
  2. Collaborate with other members of the Data Center Power team to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and best practices in the field of power engineering.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure access to the latest and most reliable power equipment.
  5. Monitor and maintain the performance of existing power systems, troubleshoot any issues, and recommend improvements for optimal efficiency.
  6. Work closely with project managers and other teams to ensure timely completion of power-related projects.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and manuals.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in power engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve Dell's data center power systems.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge in power engineering.
  10. Take ownership of project budgets and timelines, and ensure that all work is completed within the allocated resources.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of power systems with other data center components.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on power engineering, providing guidance and support to other teams within Dell.
  13. Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards in all power-related projects.
  14. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency and reliability of Dell's data center power systems.
  15. Represent Dell in industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in data center power engineering.
