Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise in generative AI to develop innovative solutions for customers
- Actively participate in product design, development, and implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and design appropriate solutions
- Utilize AI and deep learning to identify and develop new solutions
- Troubleshoot and debug complex AI solutions
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to inform decision-making
- Develop documentation to support customers in the deployment of AI solutions
- Monitor customer usage and performance of AI solutions
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and educational materials to internal and external stakeholders
