Alliance Manager - Audit & Assurance

As Deloitte’s Alliance Manager - Audit & Assurance, you will be responsible for leading and managing our global alliances and partnerships. We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our alliance partners. The ideal candidate for this role must possess an understanding of the Audit & Assurance industry, excellent relationship building skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with alliance partners in the Audit & Assurance industry.
2. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure strategic objectives are met.
3. Communicate effectively with alliance partners to ensure alignment on goals, objectives, and strategies.
4. Monitor alliance performance and develop strategies to improve results.
5. Manage and track alliance agreements, budgets, and deliverables.
6. Develop and implement processes to ensure efficient and effective alliance management.
7. Identify and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to measure progress and success.
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for alliance partners.
9. Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
10. Stay current on industry trends and developments to help inform strategic decisions.
