Responsibilities:

1. Analyze existing and potential business systems and processes to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for efficiency and competitive advantage.
2. Develop and maintain detailed understanding of system design and development processes.
3. Work independently to identify problems, develop solutions, and manage multiple projects.
4. Perform business process re-engineering to drive system and process improvements.
5. Produce reports and documents that effectively communicate findings and solutions to team members and other stakeholders.
6. Keep current with industry trends and best practices in business systems analysis.
7. Research and recommend appropriate software applications to support system and process improvements.
8. Manage relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
9. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and timelines.
10. Monitor the implementation of new systems and processes to ensure they meet requirements.
