
Executive Compensation Senior Manager
Deloitte is searching for an experienced and passionate Executive Compensation Senior Manager to join our team. This role will provide leadership and be a strategic partner in developing and managing executive compensation programs. As the Executive Compensation Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with high-level management, provide consultation and guidance to senior human resources professionals, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in executive compensation and rewards. You must also have a strong analytical and problem-solving background, strong communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently and have the ability to work collaboratively as a team. As an Executive Compensation Senior Manager, you must also be comfortable with presenting data and offering recommendations, as well as have the ability to think critically about the programs you will be developing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage executive compensation programs in line with organizational objectives
- Provide consultation and guidance to senior human resources professionals
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyze compensation data to offer recommendations
- Present data and offer recommendations to senior management
- Think critically about the programs being developed
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Maintain up to date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
