This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the successful delivery of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation projects for our higher education clients. As the Training and Change Management Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing training strategies, managing change initiatives, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new systems and processes.   1. Develop and implement training strategies for higher education clients undergoing ERP implementation projects.
  2. Design training materials and resources to support the adoption of new systems and processes.
  3. Manage and lead training sessions for clients and internal team members.
  4. Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to identify and address training needs.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure training and change initiatives align with project goals.
  6. Create and manage change management plans to support the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
  7. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
  8. Provide regular updates and progress reports to project team and stakeholders.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and change management strategies, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on ERP implementation, training, and change management for both internal and external stakeholders.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to higher education, ERP implementation, training, and change management.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional development.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and achievement of project goals.
  14. Represent Deloitte as a global leader in professional services and uphold the firm's values and standards.
