Job Description

Deloitte is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Learning and Development to join our global Learning and Development team. We are looking for a professional with a passion for learning and development, who has the ability to create and deliver high-quality training programs and facilitate culture and change management initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a learning and development capacity. The Manager, Learning and Development should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Manager should also demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build relationships, and be able to work independently. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop and implement high-quality training programs for the global Learning and Development team
  2. Facilitate culture and change management initiatives
  3. Use data to drive decisions and problem-solving
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  6. Facilitate and lead training sessions
  7. Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness
  8. Assist in the development of learning and development strategies
  9. Research and recommend new learning and development tools and technologies
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices and regulations in the learning and development field
