
Manager, Learning and Development
Deloitte is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager, Learning and Development to join our dynamic team. In this integral role, you will have a unique opportunity to shape and drive our efforts in the learning and development space. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing innovative learning initiatives and strategies to ensure that the firm is equipped with the highest caliber of professional talent.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as several years of experience in a similar role. You should have strong knowledge of corporate training trends, a passion for developing and delivering effective learning programs, and exceptional project management and organizational skills. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization. - Research and stay up to date on corporate training trends.

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and documents related to learning and development.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
- Develop and implement learning and development policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to create holistic learning experiences.
