- Lead and manage change within clients' organizations as they transition to SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop and implement effective OCM strategies to support the adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment with OCM strategies.
- Create and deliver OCM training programs and materials to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to OCM and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Act as a subject matter expert on OCM best practices and provide guidance to project teams and clients.
- Monitor and track the progress of OCM activities and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders to provide updates on OCM progress and address any concerns.
- Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and promote collaboration on OCM initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify opportunities for continued OCM support and services.
Extensive Experience With Sap S/4Hana Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Hands-On Experience With Sap S/4Hana Implementation, Including Configuration, Customization, And Integration.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Ocm Implementation Lead Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Sap Implementations, With The Ability To Manage Timelines, Budgets, And Resources Effectively.
Change Management Expertise: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Methodologies In The Context Of Sap Implementations. The Candidate Should Have Experience Developing And Executing Change Management Plans To Ensure Successful Adoption And Sustainment Of The New System.
Business Acumen And Industry Knowledge: As A Lead Consultant, The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Industry-Specific Challenges, Particularly In The Context Of Sap S/4Hana. This Knowledge Will Be Critical In Identifying And Addressing Potential Roadblocks And Optimizing The System For The Client's Business Needs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ocm Implementation Lead Will Be Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Leaders, It Teams, And End-Users. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate, Build Relationships, And Influence Key Stakeholders Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
