- Lead the organizational change management (OCM) efforts for large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Utilize deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its implementation processes to guide clients through successful transformations.
- Develop and implement OCM strategies and plans to support the adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective implementation of OCM initiatives.
- Provide expertise and guidance on change management best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop communication and training plans.
- Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end users.
- Manage and track OCM deliverables and milestones to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of OCM strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients and project teams.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on OCM best practices and methodologies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on OCM and SAP S/4HANA to support business development efforts.
