Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding Senior Consultant

Deloitte is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding Senior Consultant to join our team. This position requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional problem-solving and consulting skills, as well as a solid understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and its modules. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of service to our clients and will have an opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Compensation. Additionally, experience with Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) is desirable. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a self-starter, and have a strong customer service mindset. Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and support large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
2. Provide high-quality customer service to clients
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
4. Monitor and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
5. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud
6. Manage and coordinate the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud services
7. Remain up to date on the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and functions
8. Develop new strategies for enhancing customer experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
9. Work with other consultants and teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
10. Prepare detailed project plans and deliverables for client projects
