Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement strategic and innovative Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding solutions.
2. Lead and mentor other members of the team on Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding related topics.
3. Support the development of Human Capital Management strategies in collaboration with other teams.
4. Analyze current HCM Cloud system processes and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure quality of new and existing solutions.
6. Monitor and analyze HCM Cloud system performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding.
8. Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and process flows.
9. Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends in the Human Capital Management world.
10. Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
