SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll Manager

As a critical member of the HR team, the Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process for our global organization. This role requires superior organizational and multitasking skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of payroll processes and systems.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, and 5 years of payroll experience with SAP/SuccessFactors. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire payroll process for the global organization
2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable payroll laws
3. Design and implement payroll procedures and systems
4. Monitor and reconcile payroll accounts
5. Process payroll and related taxes accurately and on time
6. Prepare and distribute payroll reports
7. Respond to payroll inquiries from employees
8. Manage and maintain employee payroll records
9. Assist in the development of HR policies related to payroll
10. Stay up to date on changes in payroll regulations and processes
11. Ensure accuracy of payroll data in SAP/SuccessFactors systems
12. Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide recommendations for resolution
