
Sponsorships Brand Operations Manager
Deloitte is looking for an Operations Manager to join our Sponsorships team and drive success across our portfolio of sponsorships. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our sponsorships, from initial strategy to post-event analysis. We are looking for a driven, proactive individual who is passionate about brand building and delivering a great customer experience.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the marketing or sponsorship space. You will have a deep understanding of the sponsorship process, including strategy, budgeting, and execution. You will be highly organized and take ownership of all tasks assigned to you, from small to large projects. Excellent communication skills are a must to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You are a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization.If you are passionate about sponsorships, have a knack for operations management, and have the skills to bring our sponsorships to the next level, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the successful execution of all sponsorships
- Create and manage budgets associated with each sponsorship
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of sponsorships to ensure they are achieving the desired outcomes
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Lead post-event analysis to measure and report on the success of each sponsorship
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to upper management
- Work with other departments to ensure effective cross-team collaboration
- Utilize creative problem-solving to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sponsorships
