Supply Chain Consultant

Deloitte is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Consultant to join our Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. The successful candidate will have a combination of strong problem solving skills, business acumen, and a passion for driving impactful change in the supply chain industry.The successful candidate must possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a solid understanding of supply chain operations, processes, and related technologies. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required, as well as at least 5 years of relevant experience in the supply chain and/or consulting industry. Strategic and tactical knowledge of supply chain planning, logistics, sourcing, and inventory optimization is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in data and analytics, project management, process improvement, and change management.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Analyze current supply chain operations and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
3. Establish and foster a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of supply chain initiatives.
4. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key suppliers and customers.
5. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to develop and implement supply chain solutions.
6. Monitor and report on supply chain performance, including KPI’s, inventory accuracy, and cost savings.
7. Develop and update supply chain documentation and processes.
8. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance supply chain operations.
9. Develop and present reports and recommendations to executive management.
10. Manage projects to ensure successful completion within budget and timeline.
