
U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance

As such, we are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Compliance professional to join our U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our firm adheres to the applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies related to political activity and anti-corruption. The ideal candidate for this role will have an impressive background in compliance and/or audit with a focus on anti-corruption and political activity. A strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations, along with sound judgment, effective communication, and excellent problem-solving skills are essential. We are looking for a team player who is passionate about ethical compliance and committed to excellence. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies related to political activity and anti-corruption.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, business partners, and external regulatory authorities.
- Review and analyze data to identify potential compliance risks and violations.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on political activity and anti-corruption compliance.
- Investigate potential violations and prepare reports of findings.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Respond to inquiries from regulators and provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and update compliance control plans and risk assessments.
- Monitor business activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills
