Job Description

Deloitte is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our U.S. Anti-Corruption & Trade / Political Activity Compliance team. This role will be responsible for ensuring Deloitte’s compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Sanctions laws and regulations, as well as overseeing and monitoring Deloitte’s political activity compliance. We are looking for a professional who has a commitment to excellence and the ability to effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess: a strong understanding of U.S. anti-corruption and trade laws; a legal background; experience in project management; superior organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to collaborate with others.If you are an individual with the required qualifications and a passion for helping Deloitte achieve its anti-corruption and political activity compliance objectives, we invite you to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure Deloitte’s compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Money Laundering and Trade Sanctions laws and regulations.
  2. Oversee and monitor Deloitte’s political activity compliance.
  3. Develop and implement processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  4. Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and provide guidance on applicable requirements.
  5. Participate in internal and external compliance reviews and investigations.
  6. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and report on compliance risk exposures.
  8. Assist with the development and delivery of training programs to ensure employees understand their obligations.
  9. Manage and track compliance-related certifications, approvals, and reports.
  10. Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
