• Greet and seat guests • Take and enter orders accurately • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner • Maintain a clean work area and ensure that all items are stocked • Resolve customer complaints in a polite and professional manner • Ensure that all food is served at the correct temperature • Practice proper sanitation and safety procedures • Handle all payments accurately and efficiently • Participate in regular training and development opportunities • Remain available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
