HR Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the human resources function at MKTG, Dentsu Aegis Network’s leading global lifestyle marketing agency. Responsible for being the “face” of the HR department and for the facilitation of obtaining responses to employee questions/concerns. Will own the dialogue around benefits, payroll and employment administration directly with employees upon hire and should be able to consistently handle such inquiries. Participates in leading new hire orientation and supporting the employee on-boarding process. May act as local benefits contact and coordinating with corporate benefits function all aspects of enrollment, changes, etc. Manage all requests for payroll issues, using ADP and Workday to solve any problems, and coordinate with corporate payroll function (new hires, terminations, W-2 changes, direct deposit, etc.)
