  1. Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment for financial institution clients.
  2. Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance with credit risk policies and guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and implement credit risk management strategies.
  4. Provide recommendations for credit decisions and communicate them in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Monitor and manage credit exposure and report on credit risk metrics to senior management.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and addressing any credit-related inquiries or concerns.
  7. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify potential risks and make appropriate recommendations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on market conditions, economic trends, and industry developments to inform credit decisions.
  9. Train and mentor junior credit officers and provide guidance on credit risk management best practices.
  10. Continuously improve and streamline credit risk processes and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of credit requests and transactions.
  12. Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulatory requirements.
  13. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
  14. Represent Deutsche Bank in a professional and positive manner to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay current on industry best practices and advancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Credit Analysis Or Underwriting At A Financial Institution.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Colleagues, And Stakeholders.
