Provide in-depth and customized advising on job search topics including resume, interviewing, networking, and career advancement to graduates who wish to collaborate with Career Services. Uncover latest trends and best practices that help improve the service provided to students. Identify appropriate job leads either through existing leads in Career Service database or within the graduates local, desired market and distribute as needed. Input and manage performance metrics and caseload actions through Career Services data management portal. Generate interest in Career Services by calling recent graduates and alumni on a regular basis to inform them of services available.
At least one year of experience in human resources, advising, or other related field required.
