  1. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and organize shipments.
  2. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating the forklift.
  3. Conduct pre-operation checks on forklift to ensure it is in proper working condition.
  4. Familiarize oneself with the layout and organization of the warehouse to efficiently move and store shipments.
  5. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to prioritize and complete tasks.
  6. Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  8. Communicate any issues or delays with shipments to supervisors and assist in finding solutions.
  9. Keep work area clean and organized at all times.
  10. Comply with company policies and procedures as well as local and federal regulations.
  11. Continuously seek to improve efficiency and productivity in daily tasks.
  12. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance forklift operation skills.
  13. Report any forklift malfunctions or damages to the appropriate departments.
  14. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
  15. Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a positive work environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Forklift Operator Certification: Dhl Requires All Forklift Operators To Have A Valid Certification From A Recognized Training Program. This Ensures That The Operator Has Received Proper Training And Is Knowledgeable About Safe Forklift Operation.
