Site Recruiting Manager
Develop recruiting strategy in partnership with the Regional Recruiting Center and Central Talent Acquisition Team to ensure site is leveraging all available resources. Lead and develop recruiting team members to ensure recruiting strategy is executed and objectives are achieved. Proactively source and recruit talent to build a strong internal pipeline for future growth opportunities. Ensure exceptional candidate experience during the full-cycle recruiting process. Monitor and facilitate relationships with temporary labor services. Review submitted applications and/or resumes for applicant job fit. Screen resumes and interview candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles. Schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers. Verify employment qualifications, including background checks and drug screens. Prepare offer letter and launch/monitor pre-hire paperwork in the system.
1-3 years high volume recruiting, required
2-3 years experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, preferred
