Job Description

The Sort Control Agent will be responsible for assisting the sort control analysts with running the CVG sort facility’s mechanical and technical entities. Also, he/she will be responsible for distributing reports to all levels of management on sort performance and status.

  • Timely report generation
  • Direction of different business units and accountability reports to senior management
  • CCTV/Exacqvision management
  • Manipulation of human-machine interface to direct management to staffing problem areas
  • Contingency planning and problem diagnosis
  • Manipulation of SATS
