Acts as a main liaison between Airport authorities and DHL operations for ramp usage to support scheduled and ad hoc aircraft parking. Interface with airport staffs and third party developers to respond to external questions and requests for information. Manage option renewal dates and lease expirations to ensure timely execution of lease renewals and renegotiations and to allow time to create leverage opportunities with existing and future landlords. Review leases and operating agreements and coordinate reviews and approvals with internal departments.
