We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as the Group Product Manager for Search & Discovery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team and drive the strategy and execution for our search and discovery capabilities across all digital channels.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans for search and discovery capabilities across all digital channels.
  2. Lead and manage a team of product managers to ensure successful execution of plans and achievement of goals.
  3. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and technology to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
  5. Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
  6. Set and track KPIs to measure the success of search and discovery initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  8. Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  9. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
  12. Represent the company and the product at conferences, trade shows, and other events as needed.
  13. Maintain a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, customer behavior, and market trends.
  14. Uphold the company's values and customer service standards to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products In The Search And Discovery Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Sports Industry: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sports Industry And The Needs Of Customers In This Space. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Trends, Customer Preferences, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Skills: The Group Product Manager Should Have Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Think Strategically To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Improvement In The Search And Discovery Product Portfolio. They Should Also Have The Ability To Solve Complex Problems And Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: This Role Requires Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineering, Design, Marketing, And Sales. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Collaborate Effectively With Different Stakeholders To Drive Product Success.

  • Leadership And People Management Skills: As A Group Product Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Product Managers And Working Closely With Other Teams. They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team To Achieve Product Goals.
