  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers interested in baseball equipment and gear.
  2. Share extensive knowledge and passion for the sport of baseball with customers.
  3. Assist customers in finding the perfect gear and equipment for their needs and skill level.
  4. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards all customers.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively assist and engage with customers.
  6. Keep up-to-date on new and popular baseball products and trends to better assist customers.
  7. Ensure all products and displays are properly stocked, organized, and maintained.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and safety.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
  14. Act as an ambassador for Dick's Sporting Goods, representing the brand in a positive manner.
  15. Maintain a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and promoting a love for the game of baseball.
