As a Retail Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the company's products and services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Assist with product inquiries, price checks, returns, and exchanges.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
  9. Continuously update and expand knowledge of products and industry trends.
  10. Promote and maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for both customers and employees.
  11. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
  12. Proactively identify and communicate potential sales opportunities to management.
  13. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, returns, exchanges, and employee discounts.
  14. Attend and participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
