- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns.
- Assist customers with their purchases, including locating products, providing product information, and processing transactions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of store merchandise, promotions, and policies to better assist customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer's shopping experience.

Strong Communication Skills: A Retail Customer Service Specialist At Dick’s Sporting Goods Should Have Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Handle Inquiries, Complaints, And Requests.
Customer Service Experience: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Customer Needs, Problem-Solving Abilities, And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Service.
Product Knowledge: A Strong Knowledge Of Sporting Goods, Including Equipment, Apparel, And Accessories, Is Essential For This Role. This Includes An Understanding Of Product Features, Specifications, And Benefits To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Purchases.
Teamwork And Collaboration: Dick’s Sporting Goods Values Teamwork And Collaboration, And A Successful Retail Customer Service Specialist Should Be Able To Work Well With Others To Achieve Goals And Provide A Positive Customer Experience.
