  7. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source necessary equipment parts and tools.
  8. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment for employees and customers.
  9. Develop and implement training programs for employees on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in equipment technology to make informed decisions about equipment upgrades and replacements.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and operations, to ensure equipment meets the needs of the business and supports a positive customer experience.
  12. Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
  13. Manage equipment service budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  14. Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to equipment issues in a professional and timely manner.
