  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers interested in golf equipment.

  4. Meet and exceed sales goals through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Golf Equipment: A Retail Golf Equipment Sales Associate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Various Golf Clubs, Balls, Bags, And Other Equipment. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Brands, Features, And Technology Used In Golf Equipment.

  • Sales And Customer Service Skills: As A Sales Associate, One Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills And Be Able To Engage With Customers In A Friendly And Professional Manner. This Includes The Ability To Listen To Customer Needs, Recommend Suitable Products, And Close Sales Effectively.

  • Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Setting Is Highly Desired For This Position. This Includes Experience In Sales, Customer Service, Inventory Management, And Cash Handling.

  • Golfing Experience: While Not Mandatory, Having Personal Experience With Golfing Can Be An Advantage In This Role. This Will Help In Understanding The Needs And Preferences Of Customers And Providing Them With Appropriate Recommendations.

  • Team Player: As Part Of A Retail Team, A Retail Golf Equipment Sales Associate Should Be A Team Player And Work Well With Others. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Collaborate On Tasks, And Assist Colleagues When Needed.
