  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding the right products to meet their needs.
  3. Educate customers on the features and benefits of products and make appropriate recommendations.
  4. Maintain a strong knowledge of current sports and outdoor equipment trends and technology.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  10. Continuously learn and develop product knowledge and sales skills.
  11. Assist in replenishing merchandise and maintaining inventory levels.
  12. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  13. Attend training and meetings as required.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively seeking opportunities for improvement and providing feedback to management.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Retail Sales Associate At Dick’s Sporting Goods Must Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To All Customers. This Includes Greeting Customers, Answering Questions, And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise.
