- Maintain and organize inventory levels to ensure that the store is fully stocked at all times.
- Receive and process incoming shipments, including unpacking, labeling, and stocking merchandise.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged and priced.
- Keep the stock room and sales floor clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Assist with restocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate stock transfers between store locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating and retrieving merchandise.
- Communicate any stock shortages or issues to the appropriate manager.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
- Utilize product knowledge to suggest and promote additional items to customers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Complete tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.
- Work efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet daily goals and deadlines.
