- Develop and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent to the organization.
- Conduct thorough and efficient recruitment processes to identify and select the best candidates for open positions.
- Create and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sources to enhance the candidate pool.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide guidance and support for their career growth and development.
- Partner with other departments to identify and address any talent gaps within the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees to understand their needs and concerns.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the employee experience.
- Regularly report on recruitment and retention metrics to senior management.
- Uphold company values and ethical standards in all talent management practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Management Or Related Hr Role.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Practices And Procedures, Including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Succession Planning.
Experience Developing And Implementing Talent Management Strategies And Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
