11. Monitor and track employee training progress and provide feedback to management.

13. Promote a positive learning environment and encourage continuous learning and development among employees.
14. Assist in the onboarding process for new employees by providing technical training and support.
15. Collaborate with other trainers and team members to share best practices and improve training processes.
