Social Media Manager

You will manage Diebold Nixdorf’s social media presence - to include social media content ideation, content creation, editing, curation and optimization. You will utilize social media to develop and increase brand awareness, drive traffic to and across Diebold Nixdorf’s global digital ecosystem; generate interest and engagement, drive demand generation and ultimately impact lead generation and sales. Create relevant, valuable, findable, usable and useful Social Media content to effectively reach (and grow) Diebold Nixdorf customers and other select audiences (Job Seekers, Media/Press, Analysts, Investors, etc.) Monitor, listen, respond and engage in relevant Social Media content and conversations. Efficiently and effectively respond to select Social Media users to ensure positive engagement with the Diebold Nixdorf brand. Create content that positively impacts Diebold Nixdorf brand awareness, SEO plans, demand generation and sales activities. Develop and expand Diebold Nixdorf’s social community and/or influencer outreach efforts. Oversee design aspects of Social Media channels to ensure alignment with corporate Brand standards Design, create and manage integrated promotions and campaigns utilizing paid tactics for Social Media channels.
