Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Stock Supervisor to join the team at Diesel. As the Stock Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the stockroom and its operations, managing stock control, and ensuring that products are properly stored and distributed. To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for customer service and the ability to lead a team.We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, who is able to work independently as well as in a team. You should also be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and have the ability to motivate and inspire others. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly desired, but not required.If you have a desire to join a dynamic and innovative team, and you have the skills and qualifications needed to excel in this position, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the stockroom and its operations, managing stock control and ensuring products are stored and distributed properly.
  2. Lead a team and ensure excellent customer service.
  3. Demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  4. Work independently and with a team to achieve team goals.
  5. Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and motivate and inspire others.
  6. Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy of stock control.
  9. Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.
