Human Resources Analyst

We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Analyst to join our growing team at DigitalBridge. Our ideal candidate has a passion for HR analysis, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The Human Resources Analyst is a key member of our HR team, providing accurate and timely support for a range of HR initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data, developing and maintaining reports, creating and managing HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy.To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience working in Human Resources, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, and excellent knowledge of HR concepts and principles. In addition, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, an aptitude for working with data, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
