Principal Video Network Architect

Responsible for the architecture, planning and supporting of the network infrastructure. Design work includes placement and specification of servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and network management systems. Serve as a liaison with network engineers, vendors, and other third-party providers in installation of network. Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Network and Security. Designs and monitors the functional and secure computer networks, including local area and multi-tenant networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), the internet, intranets, and other data communication systems to provide maximum performance for their users. Define high/ Low level new Data Center Build projects and migration plans to address gaps between current and future Network Architecture to support Streaming environment. Develop portfolio plans and ensure investment cases support network architectures and roadmaps.
