Job Description

Lead Strategic Planning effort with P&L Business teams to define and author strategic business briefs outlining campaign intent, audience, top-line positioning and desired business impact. Translate P&L Business needs into strategic creative briefs across both prospect acquisition and customer engagement. Act as the strategic account manager between the P&L Business teams, Internal Brand/Messaging teams and internal Strategic Creative Development teams to kick-off campaigns, clarify cross-functional questions and properly set development timing expectations. Collaborate with Brand/Messaging teams to quickly determine if existing assets will properly support business intent or if new messaging/assets will need to be built, tested and delivered. Interact with creative operations and project management resources to understand and be able to convey where all work is in the asset development pipeline.

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility required

  • Considered expertly skilled in external or internal agency and client-service operations

  • Ability to manage multiple briefs/campaigns simultaneously
