Performs setup and operation of production equipment to print, personalize, insert, and mail statements, letters, checks, and cards within specified timelines. Manually prepares documents and/or packages for mailing. Follows quality service standards, safety expectations, and complies with all company policies and procedures. Manually prepares documents/card packages for mailing. Completes operator/job logs and other documentation to track job completion and produces reports/documentation to validate damaged pieces during production runs. Troubleshoots program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning. Performs all basic production equipment operation, ensures a steady workflow, achieves and maintains production standards as required by the department, including performing minor equipment adjustments.
