- Lead the development and implementation of innovative and efficient HR technology solutions for our Talent Acquisition and Onboarding team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and requirements for the technology solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for all HR technology-related inquiries and issues.
- Conduct regular research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in HR technology.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to execution and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure the integration and compatibility of HR technology solutions with existing systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and usability of the technology solutions.
- Train and provide support to end-users on how to effectively use the HR technology solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance and usage of the technology solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on compliance and regulatory requirements related to HR technology.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for the procurement and implementation of technology solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding team regarding HR technology best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of new and innovative solutions.
Extensive Experience In Hr Technology: The Hr Tech Lead Product Owner Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Hr Technology, Including Applicant Tracking Systems, Onboarding Software, And Other Related Tools.
