Lead Advanced Analytics Program Manager - IHM

We are looking for an experienced Lead Advanced Analytics Program Manager - IHM to join the Discover Financial Services team in Riverwoods, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for leading advanced analytics initiatives in support of the Innovative Home Mortgage (IHM) division. You will be responsible for developing, managing and overseeing the implementation of analytics projects that will help drive IHM’s goals, objectives and customer experience.To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of advanced analytics and data science, a proven track record of developing and delivering successful analytics projects, and a passion for driving customer experience initiatives. You should be a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and have excellent problem-solving skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as data science, mathematics, computer science or statistics, is required.
