The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), excellent organizational skills, and a passion for problem-solving.We are searching for a Lead Robotic Process Automation Analyst who can help us automate processes and drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings. We want a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement RPA solutions that support our business objectives and provide a competitive advantage.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of professional experience in RPA, programming, and/or software development. In addition, they should have experience in process engineering, process improvement, and process design. They should be able to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience, and have a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.We’re looking for someone who can bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a collaborative approach to their work.
