Learning Consultant, Compliance Learning Strategy

The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in learning and development, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.We are looking for a Learning Consultant who will partner with the Compliance Learning Strategy team to develop and execute learning solutions. This team is responsible for driving successful learning initiatives, developing and delivering engaging employee learning experiences, and driving compliance learning requirements. The individual in this role must have a comprehensive understanding of the company's learning strategy, be able to think strategically and creatively, and deliver exceptional results.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related field• Proven experience developing and delivering engaging learning experiences• Strong organizational and project management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)If you have the qualifications and passion to drive successful learning initiatives, then we would love for you to join us as our Learning Consultant.
