This newly created Manager Talent Acquisition role will help design and execute the attraction, engagement and talent selection strategies for a group of business units. Partner with Business Leaders to understand talent demands and needs to develop a strategy including the approach, plan, and success metrics to fulfill the needs. Manage a small team of Recruiters and Sourcers. Help support training and development of Recruiters and Sourcers and drive recruiting methodology. Manage resources and provides direction for prioritizing workload within segment to ensure attainment of service level expectations. Own talent acquisition projects and drive continuous improvement efforts. Manage a small recruitment load.
