Principal Operations Strategy

At Discover Financial Services, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Principal Operations Strategy to join our team. This position is an integral part of our operations strategy team and requires an individual with the utmost dedication, enthusiasm and creativity. The ideal candidate should have the ability to think strategically and operationally, as well as have the ability to identify and implement process improvements.The successful candidate will be a highly organized professional with a strong background in operations strategy, business process optimization, and analytics. The Principal Operations Strategy will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization.We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Strategy, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in operations strategy, process optimization, and analytics.
