Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sr. Collections Specialist to join Discover Financial Services. As a Sr. Collections Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of collection professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring all collection activities are carried out in compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in collections and/or customer service, a good understanding of laws and regulations related to debt collection, and excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
