Process Development Engineer
The Process Development Engineer will support the supply chain (SC) function for technology transfer from R&D to Manufacturing across manufacturing location in the region. Writing manufacturing dossiers and process instructions. Taking scale up trials of new products. Help in trouble shooting related to processing from R&D perspective. Liaise with R&D, SC, Sourcing etc for effective and smooth manufacturing new products. Run and Maintain Pilot plant in Florence, KY facility. Deliver project requirements as expected from process engineer. Make development report and run pFMEA. Complete formula workflow; maintain database and make report. Support Raw material fulfilment for NAM R&D team.
5+ years of experience in process development and/or production management (preferably in chemical or powder processing)
Knowledge of ISO, QMS systems
Understanding of chemistry related to cleaning products
